Four Seasons Pediatrics invites our patient’s to join our team in the Nick’s Run in support of the Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation.  The mission of Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation is to support pediatric cancer patients as well as serve the young adult cancer community.  Nick’s Run is Sunday, September 29th at the Clifton Park Commons.  Details for the Run can be found at http://www.fighttobehealed.org/index.php/nick-s-run.

Click the link above.  There is a $3.25 processing fee to register on line and a donation of $20 per member to join.  See the section for Register Online, and click on active.com tab and then select the Register Now tab.  Choose team 5 k or team walking.  Then follow instructions to create account.  When asked to choose a team, choose Four Seasons Pediatrics (team captain Dr. Elmer).
